By using our store, you agree that you are either 18 years or older or have permission from a parent or guardian. All packages provided through our store are virtual goods and are not redeemable or useable in the real world. All valid purchases are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable between accounts unless exception is established under the agreement of both the user and Elysium's administration team. Any attempts to bypass our refund policy via chargeback requests or disputes without attempting to contact us first may result in a permanent ban from the Elysium Minecraft and Discord servers.

By purchasing a donator rank, you agree that you have read these terms and conditions and understand that any perks listed are subject to change at any time without prior notice as deemed necessary by the administration team, and that abuse of any or all of your perks and/or the Elysium server rules may result in temporary or permanent loss of your perk(s) and/or ban from the server without refund.
